Return& Refund Policy

At Good Mama’s Health, LLC, we care about your experience and want every customer to feel confident and comfortable shopping with us. We understand that occasionally you may need to return or exchange an item, and we strive to make that process clear, fair, and hassle-free.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with Good Mama’s Health, LLC, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined in this Return & Exchange Policy.

1. Overview

Good Mama’s Health, LLC accepts returns strictly for exchange only.

We do not, under any circumstances, offer refunds to the original payment method, store credit, or any monetary return.

All approved returns must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • In resellable condition

Any item that is opened, used, damaged, or tampered with cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Return Window

Customers have 14 calendar days from the date the package is marked as delivered to initiate a return request for an exchange.

For example:

If your order is delivered on January 1, your return request must be submitted by January 15.

Requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.

3. Exchange-Only Policy (No Refunds)

Good Mama’s Health, LLC operates under a strict exchange-only policy.

This means:

  • No refunds to the original payment method
  • No store credits
  • No cash refunds
  • No refund for shipping fees

Only exchange for an item of equal value

If the replacement item is of higher value, the customer must pay the difference.

4. Items Eligible for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange, items must be:

  • Completely unopened
  • Unused
  • In original, undamaged packaging
  • Free of odors, stains, or alterations
  • Returned with all accessories, seals, tags, or inserts (if applicable)

Any deviation from these conditions will result in rejection of the exchange request.

5. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, Good Mama’s Health, LLC does NOT accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Any opened items
  • Any used items
  • Any item with broken seals
  • Items showing signs of handling or tampering
  • Products not in original packaging
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Items purchased as final sale (if applicable)

If an item is returned to us in these non-eligible conditions, it will not be exchanged and will not be shipped back unless the customer pays for return shipping.

6. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the exchange process, customers must contact us directly before sending any items back.

  2. The item you want to exchange
  3. The reason for the exchange
  4. Photos (if required)

Our support team will respond within business hours (9 AM – 8 PM PST) to confirm whether your item qualifies for exchange.

7. Return Shipping Costs

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Good Mama’s Health, LLC does not provide prepaid return labels.

The customer must arrange shipment through a reliable carrier with tracking. We are not responsible for:

  • Lost return packages
  • Delayed return shipments
  • Damaged return shipments

We strongly recommend using USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking and insurance.

8. Shipping Costs for Replacement Items

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the replacement item, unless otherwise stated or covered by a specific promotional offer.

Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

9. Package Inspection & Approval Process

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure:

  • It is unopened
  • It is unused
  • Packaging is intact
  • It meets all criteria listed in this policy

Inspection Timeframe:

Please allow 3–5 business days for inspection after the package arrives at our facility.

If approved, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement product.

If rejected, we will notify you via email or phone. Customers may request to have the rejected item be returned to them at their own expense.

10. Exchanges for Items of Different Value

If you wish to exchange for a product of:

Higher value:

You will be required to pay the price difference before the replacement is shipped.

Lower value:

No refunds or credits will be issued for the difference.

11. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of packaging
  • Description of the issue

We will review the matter and provide a replacement if applicable.

Damage claims filed after 72 hours cannot be honored.

12. Lost or Stolen Packages

Packages marked as Delivered by USPS are considered delivered.

Good Mama’s Health, LLC cannot replace items that are:

  • Stolen after delivery
  • Missing after being marked delivered
  • Lost by the carrier

However, we can assist you in filing a USPS claim.

13. International Orders – Exchange Limitations

Many of our products (especially CBD-based items) may face international restrictions.
International customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Any customs fees
  • Taxes or duties
  • Delays caused by customs

We cannot send replacement items until the original return is received and approved.

14. Unauthorized Returns

Any return sent without contacting us first will be considered an unauthorized return and may be:

  • Rejected
  • Refused at delivery
  • Returned to the sender at their cost

15. Final Sale Exceptions

At times, we may offer products at clearance or final-sale pricing.
Final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
